1. Operation process

D. Before work, the upper and lower blades should be aligned first, and the blade clearance should be determined according to the thickness of the shear steel plate, which is generally between 5 and 7% of the thickness of the sheet to be cut. Each clearance adjustment should be made by manually flicking the flywheel to make the upper and lower blades move back and forth once, and check whether the clearance is appropriate with a feeler gauge
E. Loosen the bolts of the positioning retaining frame according to the requirements of the shearing workpiece, adjust the size and position of the positioning retaining plate, and strengthen it. Before operation, it is necessary to conduct a test run for 2~3 times to confirm that the lubrication is good and the operation is normal before operation
F. It is forbidden to loosen and tighten the retaining device or adjust the blade gap by knocking. When adjusting the guide rail clearance and blade clearance, stop the machine. It is forbidden to enter the shear zone by hand or pick up materials by hand during operation
G. The blade edge must be kept sharp. In case of damage, wear or dullness, it should be sharpened or replaced in time
H. When cutting plates of different thickness and different materials, the pressure of the pressing plate spring and the clearance of the blade should be adjusted properly to prevent the spring from breaking or damaging the blade edge
I. It is prohibited to cut the bar and place other items on the workbench to avoid entering the cutting edge and damaging the blade
J. It is forbidden for the operator to leave or entrust someone to take charge of the running equipment
K. Always pay attention to the clamping mechanism, clutch and brake for abnormal failure; The bending machine should concentrate on cutting. If any abnormality is found in the equipment, it should immediately stop cutting and cut off the power supply.

L. After work, cut off the power supply, clean the equipment and make spot check records before leaving work
2. Safe operation procedures
